is de facto segregation coming back to san antonio,texas?
is de facto segregation coming back to san antonio cause a minority professor said patterns still exist in that city and denver is now in de facto segregation why? plus jefferson high school in san antonio,texas its in northwest sarea historical district use to be mostly white now its mostly hispanic?

People naturally seek out and coalesce into groups of similar characteristics. Whites, blacks, hispanics, all migrate into different areas and inevitably form white neighborhoods, black neighborhoods, hispanic neighborhoods. University campi attract (guess who) university students. I wouldn't call is defacto segregation. Watch a city grow and you'll see one neighborhood replaced by another. It's just the natural evolution of populations.
