You mean training for a commercial pilot certificate? There are many many near San Antonio, it is a large training area! Although I usually don't do this try this search link, you will see what I mean http://www.google.com/search?q=flight+training+San+Antonio&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&aq=t&rls=org.mozilla:en-GB:official&client=firefox-a Flight Safety and L3 both have simulator training for type ratings and the number of "schools" is rather impressive.

There aren't any flight schools where you can learn to be a corporate pilot. You learn to be a pilot at any civilian flight school and then you build the work experience required to get a corporate flying job. In the USA, the average pilot hired to fly corporate aircraft has at least 5,000 hours, or a good 5 to 10 years of flying experience behind them. There are exceptions, but it usually involves knowing someone on the inside willing to pull strings to get you hired.
