Your best bet is probably to talk to the broker at whatever agency you want to work with. Most of them will be happy to help you, and it will give you some idea of how much help you'll get from that agency. Remember that the Real Estate biz is chock full of folks that thought it would be easy money. Regardless of which course you take, expect to go for at least six months with no income (but lots of expenses). Most new agents do not make it through their first license period. But, if you like working with people, aren't afraid of hard work and long hours, and can deal with being an "independent contractor" (no benefits), then this job can be a lot of fun, and eventually you can make a good living at it.
